Description

• NABAKEM Resin Stripper SS#1 is a resin stripper containing strong exfoliation solvent penetrating into the resins fixated on metal mold and softening them.
• It is manufactured for GRP industry. Also, the product can remove zinc stearate and vinyl resin fixed on mold surface and strips plastic dye spot.
• No influence to metal surface. No residues.
• Using the solvents lie aceton and MC have created many side effects.
• NABAKEM Resin Stripper SS#1 has same dissolubility and cleanability without these side effects.
• As pretreatment in heating process requred by other resin strippers containing water is not necessary, using finished product creates better effects.
• Unlike existing solvents including aceton and MC, its vaporization speed is much slower.
• It does not do any harm to human body even when inhaled.
• Much lower amount is required for the same effects as existing solvents.
• Therefore it is more cost-effective. With high igneous point and lower danger of fire, it reduces the costs for facilities preventing harmful materials.
(Onsite test showed that one drum of Resin Stripper SS#1 substituted from 17 drums of aceton and MC.)

• Apply it sufficiently to make it penetrate into whole fixated contaminants, and leave it for about five minutes.
• When it fully penetrates into contaminants , rub with cloth or tool to remove.
• In case of mold for injection molding, apply with mold mounted on injection molder and tap applied surface lightly 30 minutes later.
• Repetition over two or three times can remove contaminants
1. SPRAY method : Short-time spray during machinery operation removes polyacetal residues in mold, enabling you to proceed with the next work.
Recommended mold temperature is 82℃∼93℃.
As residues melt away down through eject part, apply the product three or four times for finish even after residues are removed.
